The 40' VanDutch is simple in its elegance and offers exterior open spaces.
This vessel offers accommodations for up to 10 guests. The 40’ VanDutch was designed for entertaining with its roomy L-shaped seating, deck table, and three sunpads. When guests want to get out of the sun, there is a beautiful indoor cabin where you can relax. This vessel also offers a large swim platform, so its easy to take a dip. You will not be disappointed when booking this vessel, it is a classically-styled yacht.

7 days a week starting May 1st, until October 15th.
Due to the high demand, we must depart at these times in June, July and August and on weekends. Weekdays, we will have more flexibility with start times.

Deposit Policy
Full payment is due at booking when departure date is within 120 days. Once booked, the boat is taken off the market and is 100% yours. No-cost date changes are only allowed if and when we find a replacement party to take your initial day. If departure date is >120 days away, 50% is due at booking and 50% due by April 1st. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Chase quick pay/Zelle, Checks and all Credit Cards. You can pay following the price schedule below on our site using the MAKE A PAYMENT link on the bottom footer.
Weather/Cancellation Policy
We have a no-rain and small craft advisory policy so we do not set sail if it is currently raining or rain is imminent in the forecast. We also obviously care about your safety, so we will not set sail in inclement weather and during any small craft advisory. We will generally make those decisions 2-hours before sailing time. If our captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or if a small craft advisory is in effect, you will have the option to receive a rain date.
Once a client books a boat we notify all subsequent inquiries that “the boat is taken and unavailable”. For this reason we do not offer any refund on cancellations. If you cancel a reservation up to 90 days before your sail date, we do allow a no-cost change of date. Inclement weather as stated above is the sole reason for any cancellation.
