DEPARTURE INFORMATION

DEPARTURE TIMES

We generally depart E. Hampton for 4-hour trips, unless you wish to book a 2.5 hour sunset, 6 or 8 hour trip:

10am – 2pm

2:30pm – 6:30pm

7:00pm – 9:30pm Sunset Cruise

7 days a week starting May 1st, until September 15th.

Due to the high demand, we must depart at these times on weekends in June, July and August. Weekdays, we will have more flexibility with start times.

Slip 44 - Blue Metallic Yacht at the rear of the marina on the far wall next to the pond. Use single lane private driveway with complimentary parking adjacent to yacht.

POLICIES

Deposit Policy

Full payment is due for departure dates within 1 week.

If departure date is more than 1 week, half is due to reserve your date, with the balance payable 1 week prior to departure.

There is a 5% discount for cash payment with a credit card hold on file.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards for a 3.75% fee Or electronic payment via Paypal, Venmo, Bk of America Quick Pay/Zelle Sorry no Checks.

Weather/Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY “CHARLES CHARTERS”

MORE THAN TWO WEEKS PTD

If the Charterer Provides Written Notice of Cancellation More Than Fourteen (14) Days Prior to Commencement of the Charter Term, Owner Will Refund 100% of the Charter Fee.

LESS THAN TWO WEEKS PTD

All Funds Will be Forfeited to Owners as Liquidated Damages, Unless Another Charter is Procured for the Same Date. If the Charterer Elects to Leave Prior to the End of the Charter Term, the Charterer Shall NOT be Entitled to any Return of the Charter Hire.

CANCELLATION BY OWNER

If, Prior to the Start date of the Charter Term, the Owner Cancels in Writing, as the Charterer's Sole Remedy, all Monies Paid by Charterer in Connection Therewith Shall be Refunded to Charterer

CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER

If Captain Cancels Cruise at his Discretion, due to Poor Weather Forecast, Charterer “Must Select Another Replacement Date Acceptable by Both Parties, ASAP to Take Place Within 1 Year of Original Booked Charter Date Either in The Hamptons or in Naples, GL

No Worries, Safety is our #1 Concern and we Will NOT Cruise with Small Craft Advisories, Strong Wind Gusts, Fog, Electrical Storms and Imminent

Rain.

Captain’s Call is a Couple Hours PTD. We ask That you Stay Flexible on Your Charter Day in Case we Need to Move Your Time a few Hours Either way to Capture the Best Part of Day
